What MyCalenda does

Simple booking, with the extras small businesses actually use. Here is the honest list, including what we do not do.

Booking

Your booking page

Customers pick a service, a person and a time. It works on phones and computers. Add buffer time between appointments and sort services into categories.

Hours, days off and special days

Set each person’s working hours, holidays and one-off changes. Customers only see times you can do.

Grow when you need to

On paid plans you can add extras, packages of the same service, recurring appointments, group classes, a waitlist, custom form fields and discount codes.

Your team and your customers

Staff and locations

On paid plans each person gets a login and their own panel. Add more than one location, and rooms or equipment.

Customer list and notes

Keep a list of your customers with notes. Customers can sign in to see, move or cancel their own bookings. You can switch that off.

Bring your customers with you

Import your customer list from a spreadsheet on paid plans. Email us if you need a hand moving from another tool.

Getting paid

Pay on site

Every plan lets customers book now and pay when they arrive.

Pay online, into your own account

On paid plans you can take payment online through your own Stripe or PayPal account, with deposits, receipts and refunds. Square is coming soon. We never hold your money and take no commission.

Reminders and calendars

Emails that go out for you

Customers get a confirmation, and a message if a booking is moved or cancelled. Reminders include a calendar invite. You can switch reminders off.

Google Calendar and Meet

Connect Google in one click. Bookings appear in your calendar and video appointments get a Google Meet link. This is on every plan, Free included.

Other calendars and Zoom

Apple Calendar sync is on paid plans. Zoom links are on paid plans too, with a guided set-up. Outlook and Microsoft Teams are not offered yet.

Be found, and get reviews

Found on Google basics

Your page gets a proper title and description, business details for Google and a sitemap. A step-by-step guide helps you add your booking link to your Google Business Profile.

Ask for reviews

On paid plans a follow-up email after the visit can ask for a Google review. A weekly summary email shows bookings, no-shows and revenue.

Your site, your data

Never shared

Every business gets its own site, its own database and its own login. Nothing is shared with another business.

We look after it

Updates, security checks, monitoring and daily backups are done for you.

Take it with you

Download all your data at any time. Ask us to erase one person’s data, or all of it. No lock-in.

Need a website too?

The website add-on gives you a ready-made site for your trade on your own domain, with your booking page built in. You edit the words and photos yourself. See pricing.

What we do not do

  • We do not send text or WhatsApp messages. Every message costs money, so reminders go by email. You can add a “message us on WhatsApp” link to your page.
  • We do not have a mobile app. Everything works in a phone browser.
  • Outlook and Microsoft Teams are not offered yet. Square payments are coming soon.
  • We do not take a cut of your bookings.
